There needs to be a commitment to home cooking, the use of local produce wherever possible and a range of dishes prepared freshly and by hand, whatever the size or style of the event.

• Sesame beef skewers served rare with a heavy reduced jus (hot)
• Moroccan spiced swordfish skewers
• Crab and gruyere mini tartlets (hot)
• Mushroom and pancetta tarts topped with parmesan (warm)
• Goats cheese tartlets topped with onion marmalade and thyne
• Mini mascarpone and raspberry trifles served in a shot glass
• Mini plum tarte tatin with Baileys cream
Starters;
• Teriyaki grilled marinated salmon with marinated cucumber and sesame salad
• Buffalo mozzarella, fresh fig with baby leaf and roquette topped with proscuitto and fresh mint
• A selection of chorizo and parma ham, gherkins, quince pate and ciabatta bread presented with roasted meditterean vegetables and olive oil and balsamic, served family style
• Char grilled Moroccan spiced squid on sun blushed tomato, avocado, and chicory, drizzled with lime and coriander dressing

• Lamb Shank served with creamy mash, pan-fried spinach, sugar snap peas and vine roasted tomatoes with a rich jus
• Five Spice Duck Breast served with Pak Choi, mange tout, dauphinoise potatoes and a a heavy reduced jus
• Roasted sea bass with glazed crab mashed potatoes, pan fried spinach and green salad served with a lemon sauce
• Fillet of beef with a béarnaise sauce, dauphinoise potatoes with baby carrots, mange tout and French beans

• Baked lemon cheesecake with strawberry and orange compote
• Blackberry and apple crumble cake served warm with crème anglaise
